New England Contract Realty has 5 active rebate offers for the client's benefit. The Multiple Transaction Rebate, For Sale By Owner Conversion Rebate, 1ST Time Homebuyer Rebate, Corporate Rebate Plan and the Veteran Rebate.
Our multiple transaction clients can enjoy a spectacular rebate check usually totaling in the thousands of dollars. The program is straightforward and easy to calculate. When 2 transaction sides (sell & buy) post closed within a specified time period, a rebate is given in the amount of 1% of the price of the originally sold property (i.e. $250,000 = $2,500 rebate check; $735,000 = $7,350 rebate check). There is no price cap for sold property or rebate amount limitation. Details
A $225 rebate is attached to the For Sale By Own Program for the conversion customer. This rebate is activated when an original For Sale By Own customer listing is changed to a full service client listing and sold by New England contract Realty. This rebate is directly applied to commission fees due at closing as a credit. Details
1ST time homebuyers can receive a rebate based on commissions earned from the property purchased. For a number of years England Contract Realty has been 'gifting back' a percentage of these commissions to the new homebuyer. The Corporate Promotions Rebate Plan is available to anyone whose company, business or organization posts this plan as part of an Employee Benefit Program or provides on company media a letter of introduction for the customer. Stand-alone, the value of the rebate is calculated on 5% of the commissions received for a transaction regardless of representation side, buyer or seller. Veterans and military families can now take advantage of an additional rebate that may be used with other rebates offered. Any active duty, reservist, veteran or their spouse may use this rebate.
