A $225.00 rebate is currently available to all For Sale By Owner conversion customers. The foundation for this rebate is referenced in all of our automated online For Sale By Owner listing contracts.

Should the customer change or 'convert' a FSBO listing into a traditional service listing by New England Contract Realty the reference for the rebate is carried forward to that new contract.

If the property is sold while the listing is being serviced by New England Contract Realty the seller will receive a $225.00 rebate as credit against any seller commission liability due at closing.

New England Contract Realty supports individual effort with our For Sale By Owner program, but understands that statistically the majority of FSBO listings will convert to traditional listings overtime.
