New England Contract Realty expanded our licensure to include Rhode Island in 2008. This expansion filled a need covering the coastal territories from Cape Cod to Connecticut and along the inland border of Southern Massachusetts.

Our business plan as a regional brokerage is to provide the same excellent service throughout all of the Northeast States. Growth into the Rhode Island market has been a natural progression for New England Contract Realty now providing buyers and sellers a greater choice for representation Statewide.

In 2018 New England Contract Realty plans to rollout the same outstanding automated For Sale By Owner program currently deployed in Massachusetts. This offering provides yet another choice for consumers to facilitate a residential, condominium or land transaction.

The Commission Rebate Program currently offers our Multiple Transaction Clients (sellers whom list and sell their property with us who then use our services to buy another home) a substantial rebate after the close of the second transaction. These rebates often total in the thousands of dollars resulting in great advantage to our clients.
