New England Contract Realty expanded their licensure to include Maine in 2009. This expansion was designed to complete our northeastern coverage area from Massachusetts and New Hampshire to the Canadian border.

Our business plan as a regional brokerage is to provide the same excellent service throughout all of the Northeast States. Growth into the Maine market is been a natural progression for New England Contract Realty now providing buyers and sellers a greater choice for representation across the State.

In 2018 New England Contract Realty plans to rollout the same outstanding automated For Sale By Owner program currently deployed in Massachusetts. This offering provides yet another choice for consumers to facilitate a residential, condominium or land transaction.

All of our posted Commission Rebate Program offers will remain in force this year. Our Multiple Transaction Clients (sellers whom list and sell their property with us who then use our services to buy another home) can realize a substantial rebate after the close of the second transaction. These rebates often total in the thousands of dollars resulting in great advantage to our clients.
